Where It All Started

Hannah Lynn received her bachelor’s in pre-counseling from the Moody Bible Institute in 2015. During her time at Moody Hannah felt like a part of her was dying. The creative side. So, she started a fashion blog called, “The Full Color Life”. Her blog was colorful, fashion forward, and showed the dynamic aspects of her art, creativity, and love for people.

Hannah Lynn Miller’s Career in Radio

As a college student, Hannah worked on every national radio show Moody Radio had to offer. She eventually became a Chicago morning show on air contributor and engineer on the show, Karl and Crew Mornings. She was known on the show as “Sputnik”. Her career has not stopped there.

Since then a lot has changed for Hannah Lynn. She continued her career as a radio personality, but also traveled to churches and school speaking and teaching the Bible. Hannah started a radio feature called “That’s Real with Hannah Lynn”, in which she gives a biblical perspective on how to deal with life’s struggles.

After stepping down from radio broadcasting, Hannah started a podcast called, Abundantly More.

Hannah Lynn Miller’s Experience as a Therapist

Hannah is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She has experience working with eating disorders, couples counseling, women’s issues, sex addiction and betrayal trauma. Her work right now has been primarily with partners of sex addicts or partners who have experienced infidelity. You can find out more about Hannah’s therapy work by clicking HERE.

Our Story

In 2019 Hannah was reintroduced to John Miller, another Moody alum. John was pursing opportunities as a youth pastor and had a passion for ministry and the many neighborhoods in Chicago. Right away it was clear they shared a passion for food, art and ministry. John and Hannah were quickly engaged and had an all-white wedding of their dreams at Hannah’s childhood home.

John is now the youth pastor at Judson Baptist Church of Oak Park. Hannah and John spend much of their time pouring into the next generation by mentoring young teens, hosting youth events, and sharing the gospel with them. They are heavily involved in the ministries at their church and have been encouraged to watch God move in the Oak Park and Austin area.

Now

Hannah Lynn has been writing a blog since 2015. As she has grown and changed, her followers have continued to want to hear more topics on real life issues. Hannah has been writing content to encourage others to practice self-care, learn about mental health, explore your faith, and have fun doing it. You will find Hannah’s love for mental health resources, her gift of teaching, and her creativity on her blog and across her platforms. If you want to follow a professional licensed counselor who loves fashion and Jesus, you are in the right place. You can work with Hannah as your therapist by visiting Pneuma Chicago today to get started.

My Mission as a

Therapist

6K7A7568.jpg

As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where clients can explore their challenges, discover their strengths, and work towards meaningful change. I believe in empowering individuals to write their own stories of healing and growth.

Core Values in Practice

My practice is built on authenticity, empathy, and evidence-based approaches. I strive to meet each client where they are, offering support and guidance while respecting their unique journey and experiences.

Commitment to Growth

I am dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, ensuring that I can provide the most effective and current therapeutic support to my clients. My roles as a wife, mother, and former broadcaster enrich my practice, allowing me to bring both professional expertise and real-world understanding to each session.

Through our work together, I aim to help clients develop the tools and insights they need to navigate life’s challenges, build stronger relationships, and create lasting positive change in their lives.

I invite you to collaborate with me!

EFT Couples Therapist

My passion for seeing marriages and couples heal, work together and thrive comes from understanding how important that relationship is.

I am a Wife and a Mother.

The intersection of my personal and professional life has taught me that therapy isn’t just about theoretical approaches – it’s about understanding the real, messy, beautiful complexity of human relationships. My role as a wife and mother continues to inform and enhance my work as a therapist every day.

Being a therapist who is also a wife and mother doesn’t mean I have all the answers, but it does mean I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal understanding to my practice. This combination allows me to connect with clients in a way that is both professional and deeply authentic.

Radio and Podcasting Professional

The art of engaging with diverse audiences through broadcasting has enhanced my ability to connect authentically with clients from all walks of life. Whether behind a microphone or in a therapy session, creating genuine human connections remains at the heart of what I do.

By combining my broadcasting experience with therapeutic practice, I’ve developed a unique approach that emphasizes clear communication, emotional safety, and authentic connection – essential elements for effective therapy.

A Note On

Faith-Based Therapy

I am a therapist who is a Christian. My clients decide and lead on how much they want their faith to inform their sessions. I am trained in theology and can go there, but I always want the client to lead on what that looks like in their healing journey. This is because each person is on their own journey with faith and I will not know where that place is until they tell me. I enjoy using an integrated approach when it comes to mental health therapy.
